Solar inverter and controller introduction:
Controller provide photovoltaic array to battery intelligent charging management, through the microprocessor chip to the battery terminal voltage ,environment temperature etc involving the parameter of battery capacity sampling ,calculation, ,high accuracy control;adopt high efficient PWM battery charging mode,ensure the battery work in the best state and prolong the life of battery
Inverter is a multiple protection of AC power supply equipment,it can storage battery DC power conversion to AC power output to the load ,can also power through internal static dynamic switch automatic output to the load ,also to the battery charging (charging function for selecting should be determine according to the specific application requirements
The inverter is used in priority electricity from solar photovoltaic array, the inverter output AC battery in priority ,operation state;
When the PV array provides more energy than load energy,photovoltaic array to provide energy to meet the energy load at the same time ,the remaining part of the storage battery; when the power of PV array doesn't provides enough energy to loads ,photovoltaic array provides all the energy to the loads and the rest of energy provide by battery;
When the situation continued (such as night time),the battery energy drop to the low voltage alarm threshold(single battery 12V<10.8V .power supply automatic switching to mains supply ,the mains power provide energy ,the battery for charging state;
When the solar photovoltaic array will be added to the battery fill threshold (single 12V battery 13.6),the inverter automatically run on the battery work,the output of the AC operation state ,the load energy provided by the photovoltaic array and battery,the mains is in standby state.
The inverter shall give priority to the power from the solar photovoltaic array, and the inverter shall work with the battery and output AC power; When the energy provided by the photovoltaic array exceeds the load working energy, the rest of the energy provided by the photovoltaic array will be stored in the battery while meeting the load energy; When the energy provided by the photovoltaic array is not enough for the working energy of the load, all the energy provided by the photovoltaic array is transmitted to the load, and the insufficient part of the energy is provided by the battery. When this situation continues (such as at night), the energy of the battery drops to the low voltage alarm threshold (a single 12V battery<10.8V), the power supply of the load is automatically switched to the municipal power system, and the energy is provided by the municipal power, At this time, the battery is in the state of waiting for charging; When the solar photovoltaic array replenishes the battery to the full filling threshold (single 12V battery > 13.6V), the inverter automatically operates on the battery and outputs AC power operation state. The load energy is provided by the photovoltaic array and battery, and the mains power is in standby state.
